Founded in 1972 and free from the influence of the military-industorial-political establishment, CDI is well known for its liberal analysis and policy proposal. They not only produce research documents but video and other material as well so that citizens can better understand military issues.

Established in 1973, a Washington D.C. Based think tank famous for its conservative public policies. The Heritage Foundation is one of the organizations endorsing Theater Missile Defense (TMD). Many publications are available from the website. Just like other think tank, they sponsor a variety of speeches, panel discussions and etc. for educational purposes.

Established in 1961, PSR has educated international citizens about medical consequences of nuclear war.
